Saying goodbye to your graduates – a good opportunity to strengthen and continue the bond of former students to your subject as well as to the university
HAI offers you tailor-made support for this purpose: Suitable materials for the presentation of certificates or the organization of your celebration, search for suitable speakers for contributions to your event, access to premises in central buildings of the university.

You can select material in advance of your graduation celebration and order it directly from HAI.
HAI Flyer
You are welcome to order our bilingual (German/English) alumni flyer with the most important information about the HAI alumni network free of charge. With this variant you will receive the HAI flyer without a folder and without further material.
Folders with HAI information
Choose an appealing and memorable package for the presentation of certificates, with space for extra material of your choice, in addition to informational materials about HAI. There are two designs to choose from: The modern “Semper Apertus” or the traditional "Aula, Old University".
Costs for folders incl. filling: 1,80 Euro per piece
Certificate folder and certificate paper
If you want to present the certificates without any additional material, the combination of certificate folder with matching paper for certificate printing is suitable. The paper is also available individually for inserting the certificates in the motif folders.
These products as well as other conference material can be ordered online – within the campus network – via the Unishop.
Info table at your ceremony
Do you prefer a personal approach? In cooperation with a representative of your subject (e.g. student assistant, student council, staff, alumni), HAI can also present the network on site. With an information table and various sample materials as well as the distribution of flyers to all graduates, you will achieve increased attention and immediately begin to cultivate contacts for the time after graduation.
Of course, you can also order folders equipped with material for this variant.
Speakers for your celebration
People from the respective subject area are suitable for enriching and shaping the content of the graduation ceremony. Whether as a single keynote speaker or several people for a moderated panel discussion, successful graduates are suitable. Individuals with an interesting, exciting curriculum vitae as well as successful career changers in unexpected professions or industries can make an inspiring contribution to the festive event. HAI will be happy to assist you in finding suitable speakers for your event!
