START UPeritivo by hei_INNOVATION

“Chatting, laughing, having a drink and enjoying the presence of friends and nice people” – that is not only a definition of the Italian aperitivo time, but, from now on, also of our hei_INNOVATION Stammtisch: the START UPeritivo by hei_INNOVATION.

Inspired by that social moment after work, our UPeritivos are a possibility space for students, (post)docs, future entrepreneurs, startups, scientists, investors, industry partners and everyone who is interested in the topics entrepreneurship, knowledge transfer and innovation. Meet us monthly at our Stammtisch format and get inspired.

What is it all about?

Our goal is to offer participants of our events a platform for networking, to give interested academics the opportunity to inspire each other and to bring together students and all those interested in the topics of innovation, entrepreneurship, knowledge transfer or startups. Each START UPeritivo takes place at a different location in Heidelberg and has a different motto. We invite speakers, organize workshops or give the microphone to you for a pitch or two. Come by any time and have a relaxed after-work evening after your day in the lecture hall, lab, office or elsewhere.

Startup Dates with Lea-Sophie Cramer
November 21 | 5 pm
Online or public viewing at the hei_INNOVATION HUB

The Startup Dates - a series of events organized by start-up supporters at German universities - introduce you to the faces and stories of the best-known German start-ups. 🚀 Heidelberg University kicks off the series as Stina Spiegelberg - founder and experienced entrepreneur - talks to Lea-Sophie Cramer, the founder of Amorelie and co-host of the business podcast "FAST & CURIOUS", about topics that are otherwise often neglected. 🤗

The Startup Date will take place online but you can also come to the Public Viewing at the hei_INNOVATION HUB and stay for a little networking afterwards.

START UPeritivo: Christmas Market Edition

It’s beginning to look a lot like 🎶… our final START UPeritivo of this year’s UPeritivo season 😲.

We invite you to our START UPeritivo Christmas market edition 🎄where we’ll come together one last time in 2023, cheer with all the new people we met to all the great ideas 💡, innovations and success we had and laugh about failures.

As always, there will be a delicious surprise from Santa Claus 🎅, Glühwein and Christmas music. We charge a € 1 deposit for our mugs of mulled wine, so pack some coins 💰 as well as gloves.
