Since 2021, heiTRACKS has been the platform for programs to further the careers of researchers with doctorates. It focuses on advice, gaining further qualifications, and networking. That allows them to take well-founded decisions as stepping-stones towards their individual careers and also to acquire transdisciplinary skills.

Educational institutions from across Germany and Austria are offering a diverse program focused on career development and career paths for postdocs. heiTRACKS is hosting CareerPlus #3 as part of PAW for all interested postdocs.
