As with previous anniversaries, we will conclude the “30 Years HAI” anniversary weekend with the already legendary Riverboat Shuffle on the Neckar River.

Riverboat Shuffle
11:00 AM-2:00 PM (Boarding 10:30 AM) – Old Town
A staple at HAI network anniversaries, the legendary Riverboat Shuffle: this year for the first time aboard the “Königin Silvia” of Heidelberg's “Weiße Flotte”-fleet. We cordially invite you to join us on Sunday for a short trip on the Neckar River in a great atmosphere and hopefully warm weather. Look forward to a wonderful boat trip with refreshments and rousing live music as you let the gentle waves carry you away. Enjoy the festive atmosphere with us and let the HAI anniversary come to a regal close
A world-famous ruin: Heidelberg Castle and its Great Vat

Castle Walk
Heidelberg Castle is world-famous and, even as a ruin, remains an imposing structure. On a guided tour, you can listen to stories about the life of the electoral family, admire the fortified towers and magnificent facades, stroll through the castle courtyard, and climb onto the largest wine barrel in the world. The tour ends with the most magnificent views from the castle terrace over the old town to the Neckar River. We will cover the admission fee for you.
A farewell walk

City tour Heidelberg Old Town
Say goodbye to Heidelberg and stroll through our beautiful city one last time. On a guided tour, let your gaze wander and enjoy the romantic old town with the Heiliggeistkirche and the Old Bridge once again, while learning about the historical background of your alma mater, the oldest university in Germany. And then say to yourself: Goodbye, Heidelberg, or see you again in Heidelberg!
