Knowledge Transfer Visibility
Once project planning is complete and the transfer format has been determined, it's time to move on to the actual implementation. But how can you ensure that your target group is not only informed in a timely manner, but also learns about the results afterwards? Visibility means choosing the right communication channels: How can you reach your target groups effectively, and which format is suitable for both the announcement and the reporting?
Key Questions
Through which channel or channels would you like to reach your target groups?
Have you also considered other, possibly unusual channels?
How and where can the transfer activity best be reported on afterwards?
