International Applicants Enrollment for the First Academic Semester

Applicants admitted to the Master's programme apply for enrolment via the online portal heiCO.

If you have not been able to present the German language test for the admission to universities (DSH) required for your German taught degree programme at the time of your application, please submit this document by the time of your enrolment at the latest. If the examination is not passed, or if the minimum required score is not achieved, and you have not been granted an official exemption, you will not be permitted to enrol in the degree programme specified in the letter of admission.

If you are already enrolled at Heidelberg University, you are not required to re-enrol. Instead, you should change your degree programme. 
Before applying for a change of degree programme, you are strongly advised to discuss this with the student advisory services for international students (room 30).
