Excellence strategy heiSERVICES

Consulting and support services at the central level are consolidated at Heidelberg University under the umbrella of heiSERVICES. In addition to institutions such as the heiSKILLS Competence and Language Centre, the heiQUALITY Office, and the hei_INNOVATION Transfer Agency, heiSERVICES also includes support programs such as heiDOCS and heiTRACKS. Technical support structures include, for example, the heiCLOUD service offered by the University Computing Centre, the heiDATA storage facility for the publication of research data managed by the Research Data Unit, and heiEDITIONS, an infrastructure for digital editions at Heidelberg University Library.
