INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS FROM NON-EU/EEA COUNTRIES Dialogue-Oriented Service Procedure (DOSV)
International applicants from non-EU/EEA countries with a non-German university entrance qualification must submit an application for admission directly to Heidelberg University for all subjects studied at Bachelor level, or with a concluding state examination.
Please note that for some access-restricted degree programmes, the admission procedure is organised via the dialogue-oriented service procedure (DoSV). In such cases, applications from German applicants, as well as from international applicants from EU/EEA countries and/or those with a German university entrance qualification, are considered as part of this procedure. The admission procedure for applicants from non-EU/EEA countries with a non-German university entrance qualification is organised directly by Heidelberg University for all degree programmes that have university-internal selection procedures.
