As a research center in the field of editing and text analysis, we support you not only with your current research projects, but also with those you are planning. We provide specific advice with regard to your subject matter and the current standards of potential funding agencies.
If you are planning a digital editing project, you have the option of using the resources of the relevant institutions at Heidelberg University. We are happy to advise you and refer you to the appropriate research center. For both analog and digital projects, the University Library with its Digitization Center, the heiUP publishing house, and the extensive offerings of heiEDITIONS are relevant.
If you are planning to evaluate a digital edition or text corpus, HEDIT can put you in touch with the Heidelberg Center for Digital Humanities (HCDH).
We are also happy to refer you to the University Computer Center, the Scientific Software Center, and the Research Data Unit if you want to use specific software or need support with archiving research data.
