Exchange programsUniversity of Seoul

Under a new exchange agreement with the University of Seoul, Korea, 2 places are available for Heidelberg students. The language of instruction is usually Korean. English-language courses are also offered in some degree programs. Exchange students also have the opportunity to take Korean language courses.

The study places are open to students from all departments. A specialized study in the same subject as at Heidelberg University depends on the courses offered at the partner university and is therefore not guaranteed.

Students of medicine please note:
Unfortunately, the exchange agreements with the partner universities do not refer to the medical faculties. This means that you would be forced to attend courses offered by other faculties. If this is not a problem for you in principle, we will be happy to receive your applications.

At the University of Seoul there is also the possibility to participate in the International Summer School in July 2017. The language of instruction is English.
