Interdisciplinary workshopSustainability, Transitions and Discourse
Interrelations between discourse and action, especially in view of societal transitions to sustainability, will feature at a workshop organised by scholars from the Heidelberg Center for Ibero-American Studies (HCIAS). Led by Jun.-Prof. Dr Rosa Lehmann and Jun.-Prof. Dr Alejandro Ecker, it is to take place on 16 and 17 November 2023 at Heidelberg University.
The workshop “Sustainability, Transitions and Discourse” will bring together European and Latin American researchers from the humanities and social sciences with leading experts from sustainability research. The event is part of an interdisciplinary research network focusing on discourses about sustainability and sustainable development. The Heidelberg Center for the Environment (HCE) is funding the workshop in the context of the Excellence Strategy of Heidelberg University.
