Areas of Responsibility:
The Event Management team organises events of the Rector as well as university-wide events on behalf of the Rectorate. This includes recurring events such as the Annual Celebration as well as prestigious one-time events.
Together with public and private donors, Heidelberg University bestows a number of different prizes and awards. The Event Management team supports the awards process from candidate nomination and selection to the actual ceremony.
Room Reservation and Old University Services
The Event Management team assists event organisers who wish to use rooms in the Old University and processes the related requests. It also helps with questions on technical equipment, catering and event support.
