My vision is to give students easy access to what real-world work life is really like. How can you know which career is right for you when job titles are often just empty buzzwords? With my platform, I want to provide young people—regardless of gender, experience, or background—with authentic insights and practical knowledge about different careers. This helps them gain confidence in their first career decisions and finish their school years feeling self-assured and motivated.
My idea will work because there is a great need for real insights into different careers, and these have often been neglected in school education so far.
Personal superpower:
My superpower is creativity, which helps me overcome obstacles and find new solutions. If a plan doesn't work, I always come up with a Plan B, C, or D.
