Nikon N-STORM super-resolution microscope

The N-STORM is a super-resolution microscope of the stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy type. Lateral resolutions down to 20nm and axial resolutions down to 50nm can be achieved. "D and 3D-STORM are possible. Thee are 4 laser lines: 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm, multi-color imaging is possible with up to 3 colors. The maximum field of view is 80 x 80µm, acquisition speeds up to 500 Hz are possible with the ORCA-Fusion BT sCMOS camera. The objective used is a Nikon CFI SR HP Apochromat TIRF 100XC Oil (NA 1.49).
