SCHOLARSHIPS
The international program version MA TCL “Specialized Translation and Translation Technologies” is a DAAD-funded program. Scholarships for the year of study abroad can be awarded to particularly qualified students from Heidelberg University. Applications for the scholarships are submitted with the application for the program.
The scholarships for the year abroad consist of a fixed amount for travel expenses and health insurance as well as monthly scholarship installments (ten months, usually March to December included):

MAFT students are exempt from tuition fees at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
The selection criteria for awarding the scholarships are based on the admission criteria for the international course variant of the MA TCL “Specialized Translation and Translation Technologies”.
The review of the received application documents and the awarding of the DAAD scholarships is the responsibility of the international joint degree program committee and is based exclusively on defined qualification criteria. Please refrain from sending inquiries to the DAAD.
