Our special conditions for long-term (up to three months) guests

Apartments IWH (net):
Single apartment: 810 - 880 Euro / Month
Double apartment: 960 - 990 Euro / Month
Apartment for up to 4 persons (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, balcony) 1800 Euro / Monat

plus 7% tax

Feel free to communicate our rates with your university-colleagues and students.

For inquiries we need:

• Organisor´s name/addess
• Guest name
• Host's Name
• Number of rooms (Double/Single)
• Arrival and departure date and time
