The Personnel Development Department offers within the framework of the heiTRACKS career support for postdoctoral researchers a variety of services for their personal career development.
Our target group is postdocs, habilitation candidates, junior research-group leaders and junior professors with or without tenure track.

The range covers topics like leadership competence, communication, clearing up conflicts, or career planning. You can make an individual choice from this range on the basis of your needs, prior knowledge and the requirements at your institute or department.
