Online tutorial "Living respect, promoting diversity, shaping togetherness"
Treating each other with respect and in a spirit of partnership is part of Heidelberg University's self-image.
ALL members - students, teachers, researchers and administrative staff - should be able to study and work in an environment that is characterised by mutual respect and in which they feel safe.
BUT: Despite all intentions, degrading behaviour, discrimination and harassment can occur in daily interaction.
With this tutorial, we want to present our offers and concrete recommendations for action to those affected, those responsible for management and all university members.
In five modules, the tutorial deals with the questions surrounding the topic of discrimination and provides assistance with the measures and offers at Heidelberg University to counter harassment, bullying, stalking and discrimination.
