GUIDE - Professional Handling of Conflicts and Misconduct
With the aim of professionalization the handling of conflicts and misconduct (sexual harassment, mobbing, stalking and discrimination) and creating transparency, a comprehensive concept for dealing with conflicts and misconduct was developed in a participatory process and adopted by the rectorate. Affected persons as well as counsellors should find offers and clear contact structures in the GUIDE and be able to find their way quickly and safely in the respective structures. An independent central contact point is responsible not only for advising and coordinating, but also for training all university members, as well as for intervision/ supervision and monitoring.
