An der Feier können nur Promovierte teilnehmen, deren Dissertation bereits veröffentlicht wurde (der Veröffentlichungsnachweis muss bis spätestens sechs Woche vor der Promotionsfeier im Büro der Gesamtfakultät für Mathematik, Ingenieur- und Naturwissenschaften vorliegen.
- Bitte informieren Sie Ihren Betreuer bzw. Ihre Betreuerin über Ihre Teilnahme an der Promotionsfeier.

Please note
- In order to participate in the ceremony your doctoral thesis should be published. The proof of publication must be handed in at the office of the Combined Faculty of Mathematics, Engineering and Natural Sciences at least 6 weeks before the doctoral ceremony takes place.
- Please inform your supervisor of your participation in the doctoral graduation ceremony.
