An der Feier können nur Absolvent*innen teilnehmen, deren Dissertation bereits veröffentlicht wurde (der Veröffentlichungsnachweis muss bis spätestens sechs Woche vor der Promotionsfeier im Büro der Gesamtfakultät für Mathematik, Ingenieur- und Naturwissenschaften vorliegen.
Bitte informieren Sie Ihren Betreuer bzw. Ihre Betreuerin über Ihre Teilnahme an der Promotionsfeier.
Nach der online Registrierung erhalten Sie innerhalb von etwa zehn Arbeitstagen eine Bestätigung Ihrer Teilnahme. Kurz vor der Promotionsfeier übersenden wir Ihnen zudem eine Erinnerung an Ihre Anmeldung, das Programm der Veranstaltung sowie weitere organisatorische Hinweise.

Please note

In order to participate in the ceremony your doctoral thesis should be published. The proof of publication must be handed in at the office of the Combined Faculty of Mathematics, Engineering and Natural Sciences at least 6 weeks before the doctoral ceremony takes place.
Please inform your supervisor of your participation in the doctoral graduation ceremony.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation of your participation within approximately 10 working days. Shortly before the ceremony, you will receive a reminder of your registration along the programme and with the final instructions for the event.
