Es können nur Promovierte an der Feier teilnehmen, deren Doktorarbeit bereits veröffentlicht wurde.
Der Veröffentlichungsnachweis sollte schon bis spätestens 15. May 2026 im Dekanat der Gesamtfakultät für Mathematik, Ingenieur- und Naturwissenschaften vorliegen.
Bitte informieren Sie Ihre Betreuerin bzw. Ihren Betreuer von der Teilnahme an der Promotionsfeier.
Die Promotionsfeier für Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden, die im Sommersemester 2026 ihre Prüfung an der Gesamtfakultät für Mathematik, Ingenieur- und Naturwissenschaften der Universität Heidelberg bestanden haben, ist im Winter 2026 (Ende November) geplant.

The doctoral ceremony for doctoral students of the Combined Faculty of Mathematics, Engineering and Natural Sciences of the Heidelberg University is held twice a year.
The doctoral ceremony for doctoral students who passed their exam during the Winter Semesters 25 / 26 at the Combined Faculty of Mathematics, Engineering and Natural Sciences of the Heidelberg University is held on DD.MM.YYYY in the Aula of the ‘Neuen Universität at the Grabengasse 3-5, 69117 Heidelberg, starting at xx:xx. cum tempore.
Participation after online registration (before 15th of May 2026).

In order to participate in the ceremony your doctoral thesis should be published. The proof of publication should be handed in at the dean's office of the Combined Faculty of Mathematics, Engineering and Natural Sciences already before the 15th of May 2026.
