University Administration Division 1 – Law and Committees

In the Law and Committees Division, you will find staff members who can assist you with legal questions—particularly regarding university law, including matters related to the university’s bylaws, examinations, and doctoral programs, as well as contractual issues. The Legal Affairs Division also serves as the point of contact for the student body and maintains the administrative offices of the Senate commissions for “Safeguarding Good Academic Practice and Dealing with Academic Misconduct” and “Responsibility in Academia.” The Committees and Elections Division is responsible for organizing central committee elections and serves as the administrative office for the University Senate. The Office of the Executive Officer is responsible for the overall organization of the university administration; you may also contact this office regarding matters related to export controls.
