Law and Committees Division
The staff of the Law and Committees Division assists researchers, employees and students in all legal matters and questions, especially with respect to higher education issues. The division is home to the office of the senate, provides support services for commissions and committees in academic self-administration and is responsible for organising committee elections. Additionally, the division reviews all partnership and cooperation agreements from a legal and organisational perspective, particularly contractual commitments with business and external research institutions. The division also serves as the office for the Senate Commission for the Safeguarding of Good Academic Practice and the Handling of Academic Misconduct.
