Gender action plan
In order to achieve equal participation of women and men on all levels of the university, instruments are developed, added up to the gender action plan (Gleichstellungskonzept). Its programmes are gradually extended and implemented on the level of institutes and on all levels of the university during each period of validity.

The updated gender equality plan was drafted in line with the university's structural and development plan. It contains the goals and measures the university intends to take in order to sustain established courses of action and develop further measures for securing women in leading positions and making academic careers more accessible.
