Workshop as part of "Audit - Family-Friendly University": Mentally strong fathers - how to position yourself as a strong man and actively involve yourself in family, care work and raising children

In this workshop you will reflect in a professional setting which possibilities there are in order to deal with these conditions in a constructive and resource-oriented manner. You will learn how you can use specific techniques to activate your own mental strength in order to relieve the people around you (and yourself).

You will also be given tools with which you can analyse, reflect and reassess challenging and confusing situations or emotional states in order to act in a resource-oriented manner. This workshop takes place as part of "Audit - Family-Friendly University".
