You want to time travel through the history of Heidelberg? We invite you to a journey past the old buildings of the university which have left their mark on the city since the Middle Ages. This tour provides an overview of the history of the university of Heidelberg: from the foundation to the destruction and the reconstruction up to the university’s international recognition. Together we will take a look at the historically significant buildings of the“RupertoCarola”, as the university is commonly called, as well as inside the houses of student corporations that have shaped the city.
