During school vacation and holidays a lot of parents still need to work. In cooperation with different institutions Heidelberg University offers subsidized holiday childcare for its employees. Sport activities, craft- and creative workshops and field trips are essential parts of the programme. Your child is taken care of by experienced personnel and can easily make new friends.

Holiday Sports Program MOVINGkidz

This summer the University of Heidelberg is organizing its own holiday sports program for children (6-10 years) of the university members for the first time. MOVINGkidz offers a varied program of games, fun and exercise. The motto of the week is "Travel around the world". In addition to two large blocks of movement, the children get to know interesting facts from different countries during a daily creative time
