Ventilation recommendation

for rooms without technical air exchange

Manual window ventilation:

• before each event for 15 minutes (turn off the heating)
• during events every 15 minutes for 3 minutes
• Shock ventilation instead of continuous ventilation (energy saving)
• Cross-ventilation, if possible (e.g. over rooms or corridors)
• Avoid tilted skylights (low ventilation effect)
• Pay attention to the CO2 traffic light (if available):
  • Green: everything okay
  • Yellow: Ventilation needed soon
  • Red: ventilate immediately
