Space for New Business Start-ups

Start-up Management actively supports the search for appropriate space for new start-ups.

Recommendations for potential Startup Centre tenants can be submitted to Heidelberg Startup Partners on Hans-Bunte-Straße. Suitable space, if available, is provided at a discounted rate for the first two years. Payment of full rent in the amount of 8.20 €/m² begins as of the third year. As an added advantage, your term of notice during the first year is only four weeks.

If the startup has special requirements regarding the space needed, we have a variety of resources to help find the best solution inside or outside the university.
