Personal Information
DANIEL FINKE is a junior professor for political science at Heidelberg University. His research on comparative and international politics has been published in leading journals such as International Studies Quarterly, the Journal of Conflict Resolution, the Journal of Common Market Studies, the Journal of European Public Policy, Political Studies, Party Politics and the Journal of Theoretical Politics. Recently, his co-authored book "Realizing the Impossible: Reforming the European Union" has been published by the Princeton University Press. Currently, he is conducting a DFG research project on parliamentary scrutiny of European Union politics. A second project on parliamentary scrutiny of international politics is funded by the Thyssen Foundation.
