Staff Unit Tenure-Track-Professorships
The Tenure Track Professorship Unit is responsible for all project activities in the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) funding programme for Tenure Track Professorships and accompanies the implementation of this new career path at Heidelberg University.
Within the heiTRACKS career support, we develop and coordinate different offers in cooperation with the Personnel development department and the Vice-Rector Quality Development.

heiTRACKS Career Development Conversations
Structured career development conversations support young researchers in making career-related decisions and planning further steps. In 2023/2024 we will develop a concept and supporting material to conduct these conversations, working closely with the target groups (professors and young researchers).
We are inviting professors and research group leaders who are willing to conduct career development conversations with their postdocs to participate in the pilot project and to share their experiences afterwards.
