Cultural and Social Programme
The conference dinner (excluding beverages) will be held on Thursday, 17th of September 2015 at Kulturbrauerei Heidelberg (Leyergasse 6, 69117 Heidelberg). You can chose between the following main courses; they include a pumpkin ginger soup beforehand:
- Suckling pig (Spanferkel), accompanied by dark beer gravy, bread dumplings and vegetables (20 €)
- Gratinated sheep’s cheese, accompanied by vegetable ratatouille and basmati rice (20 €)
- Salmon filet, accompanied by coconut-curry sauce, rice and a small salad (23,40 €)

Guided Tour of Heidelberg and its Castle
A guided tour through Heidelberg and a visit of the castle is planned after the end of the conference on Saturday, 19th of September 2015, at 3.00 pm. The guided tour will be held in both German and English. We will meet at the "Löwenbrunnen" (lion well/fountain) at university square to start the tour.
The guided tour will take about 2 hours and cost approximately 12 Euros (not included in the registration fee, payable directly at the conference).

How to get there: Take the bus (31# or 32#) at University square to Bismarckplatz. Change to tram line 22 to Eppelheim. Get off at the final station called "Kirchheimer Straße" and get on the waiting bus 713 to Schwetzingen (every 20 min) and get of at "Schlossplatz". It takes around 45 minutes.

Get off at Mannheim main station and take the tram 1, 3, 4 or 5 and get off at "Paradeplatz", trams leave every 10 minutes. Get to the museum by foot in around 4 minutes in direction to town hall E5 and Reiss-Engelhorn-Museen.
