Attracting qualified specialists is an issue that we can address directly thanks to our access to the diverse talents at Heidelberg University.
In the area of internationalization, we are working with partners such as NXTGN Startup Factory to establish structures and contacts that make it easier for startups to access international markets.
In addition, we invite growing start-ups to contribute their experience to our network as mentors. This allows young teams to benefit from practical insights, while experienced founders expand their network and actively help shape Heidelberg as a center of innovation.
