Contributions and Fees Fees for guest auditors

Guest auditor fees are charged in accordance with § 17 of the Act on Higher Education of the Land of Baden Württemberg and the Guest Auditor Fee Statutes of Heidelberg University. The amount of fees depends on the number of weekly contact hours (WCH) taken.

• 1 to 4 WCH: € 51.00
• 5 to 6 WCH: € 76.00
• 7 to 10 WCH: € 102.00

You can attend up to 10 weekly contact hours.

The fee can be reduced on application with appropriate proof in special exceptional cases (Bürgergeld recipients).

Guest auditors are exempt from the fee for the University Library user card if they present a current guest auditor confirmation upon registering at the University Library.

Please note: The payable amount, fee level, your personal reference code, and your current payment status will be available in your heiCO account under Semester / tuition fees.

Registration as a guest auditor will only be completed once payment has been received.
