Korea University, Seoul
As part of an exchange agreement with Korea University, which is known for its high academic standards, two spots are available for students at Heidelberg University.
The language of instruction is usually Korean. Some degree programmes also offer courses taught in English. Exchange students also have the opportunity to take Korean language courses.
Places are open to students from all faculties. A degree programme in the same subject as at Heidelberg University depends on the course offerings at the partner university and is therefore not guaranteed.
Unfortunately, Korea University offers only limited exchange opportunities in the fields of medicine and law. Students in these disciplines would therefore need to take courses in other departments. If this does not pose a problem for you, we look forward to receiving your application.

- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Letter of motivation/study plan/statement of purpose (approx. 1–2 pages)
- Two references from university lecturers
- Transcript of records
- Where applicable: intermediate examination/pre-diploma/bachelor’s degree certificate
- English language certificate
- A-level certificate (German version sufficient)
