Application for the 1st Academic Semester MasterMaster’s degree programmes with access restrictions
All Master’s degree programmes at Heidelberg University are access-restricted. In each case, the restrictions are stipulated in the admission regulations for the relevant subject. Restrictions might require for example, that students have successfully completed an undergraduate degree programme and achieved an above-average grade, or that they have already gained specific professional experience.
The access procedures for access-restricted Master’s degree programmes differ by nationality and university at which the applicant completed their first degree. Please note that applicants with multiple nationalities, including German, will be subject to the procedures for German citizens!
