Students wishing to apply for transfer to subjects without admission restrictions beyond the first academic semester, must provide a written statement confirming the recognition of any previously gained credits, and their suitability to enter a course in an advanced academic semester (Certificate of Transferable Credits).
Application for transfer
In order to make an application for transfer, international applicants must submit an application via the heiCO-portal of Heidelberg University. The application deadlines constitute a statutory cut-off period.
Certificate of Transferable Grades
Recognition of examination prerequisites can be requested from the responsible examination office or the responsible academic advisory service of the respective subject at Heidelberg University.
