Course Content

Students of the Master’s degree programme in Sport and Exercise across the Lifespan acquire theoretical, methodical and practical knowledge from the field of sports science, enabling them to plan and deliver a comprehensive programme to encourage sport and exercise in childhood and adolescence.

Course Structure

The degree programme consists in the following modules: 

  • Basic module: Communication & Project Development
  • General modules: Development & Socialisation, Learning & Instruction and Performance & Training

During the course of the programme, students develop a specialism in both profile A and profile B.

  • Prevention & Rehabilitation (profile A): focus on aspects and impacts of physical movement on health
  • Development & Talent (profile B): focus on regulations and principles governing high performance sport in childhood and adolescence
