Course Content

The objective of the Master’s degree programme in International Law, with its emphasis on investments, trade, and arbitration, is to provide students with a  comprehensive understanding of the current status and prospective trends in the field of international law in an era of world-wide interdependence.

Students will examine the impact of globalisation on sources and subjects of international law. Additional areas of study include recent developments in the areas of international economic law, environmental  protection,  and governmental responsibility, as well as pertinent issues that, in recent years,  have confronted international society.

Emphasis is placed upon subjects relating to the regulation of international trade, as well as investment law and the settlement of international disputes.
