Transfer Impact Readiness-Indicators

The "SIRI" transfer project within Field of Focus 4 is developing a tool to support transfer activities. Transfer potential is identified using a standardized instrument, and the development status is determined with regard to social impact. This tool is intended to serve as a starting point for targeted expansion of transfer potential and optimization of implementation.

With the Social Impact Readiness Index (SIRI) project, the CSI, together with its project partner HeiInnovation, is developing a tool for raising awareness, evaluating, and advising on the transfer potential and concepts of university research projects across all disciplines. SIRI is intended to raise awareness of transfer among Heidelberg University researchers and can be used by HeiInnovation in communication, consulting, and capacity development. The project initially focuses on the needs and structural characteristics of the university's social science research disciplines.
