Due to the popularity of Heidelberg University, we receive a lot of visit request from students groups. We therefore ask you for more information about your group and your interests before we contact the relevant institutes to enquire about possibilities for a visit:
- Who is requesting to visit Heidelberg University?
Please provide information on the group and the academic background: which faculty, study program, age of students ... - What are the interests of the visitors?
E.g. to visit specific faculty or institutes, special research groups, to get a broader overview of Heidelberg study programs ... - When do you plan to be in Heidelberg?
We recommend to look for a timing during our lecture period. - In which language should the presentations be conducted in?
University Student Groups: Please download the visit form from this site and fill it in providing as much details as possible on. Please send the filled-in form to the coordinator responsible for your region. Your request will be given careful consideration based on this information.
High School Student Groups: Please contact Ulrike Riedling or Anna Kloppenburg from Department 7.2 (Advisory and Support Services for International Students and Scholars). No form necessary here.
