Eva Winkler is a medical ethicist and oncologist. As Professor of Translational Medical Ethics, she heads the Institute for Medical and Data Ethics at the Medical Faculty of Heidelberg University and is a member of the Executive Board of the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) Heidelberg. Eva Winkler is a specialist in hematology/oncology and works as a senior physician in the Department of Medical Oncology (UKHD). As Vice-Chair of the German Ethics Council, Chair of the Central Ethics Committee at the German Medical Association, and Vice-President of the Academy for Ethics in Medicine (AEM), she is committed to promoting medical ethics discourse in Germany.

Thorsten Moos is a theoretical physicist and theologian. He holds the chair of Systematic Theology/Ethics at Heidelberg University. His research focuses on topics in bioethics, political ethics, and social ethics, as well as fundamental questions of ethics, particularly the relationship between ethics and practical theory. Among other things, he is a member of the Central Ethics Committee for Stem Cell Research at the Robert Koch Institute.

David Palme holds a doctorate in philosophy with a focus on moral philosophy and critical theory. His research focuses on the problem of moral justification and the relationship between philosophy, ethics, and National Socialism.
