MemberTilman Krauch

Dr. Tilman Krauch joined the Freudenberg Group in October 2014 as Member of the Board of Management of Freudenberg & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft and CTO of Freudenberg SE.

Prior to his current position he held various positions in BASF Group in Germany, Hong Kong and the United States, lastly as President of the Construction Chemicals Division.

Tilman Krauch earned a degree in Chemistry at the University of Freiburg, Germany and at ETH, Zurich, Switzerland, where he also did his doctoral thesis. After adjacent post-doctoral periods at the Shemyakin Institute, Moscow, Russia and at the University of Kyoto, Japan, he started his business career with BASF AG, Ludwigshafen, in R&D.

He has been a member of Heidelberg University’s Academic Advisory Council since 2020.
