Do foreign certificates require anything additional?
To apply for the Germany Scholarship, you need a copy of the foreign university entrance qualification/ bachelor certificate (including final grade) and a certified translation (except for certificates in English) in English or German. The translation is usually prepared by a sworn specialist translator. Additionaly a convertion in the equivalent grade in German must be submitted. If it is not available, we will request an internal convertion. Please note that the university entrance qualification/ bachelor certificate is required only for applicants in the first two subject-related semesters. The winter semester for which you are appyling serves as the basis for the number of subject-related semesters. Use the number of semesters you will have completed in winter semester to make that determination.
