Job-Ticket New order for the “Deutschlandticket Job HD”

Once you have received your login details, order your Job Ticket directly from rnv.
Please note: An order must be placed by the 15th of the month in order for the Job Ticket contract to start on the first day of the following month.
Once you have completed your online order, it will be checked and approved by university staff before you can receive the “Deutschlandticket Job HD” via rnv or upload it to the mobile ticket app.
Excluded Persons
The following groups of people are not eligible for the “Deutschlandticket Job HD”:
- Former employees
- Employees with fixed-term contracts shorter than 6 months (or if the remaining contract term is shorter than 6 months from the date of validity of the “Deutschlandticket Job HD”)
- Research assistants (except certified research assistants who are not enrolled in a degree program and whose contract lasts longer than 6 months)
- Student assistants
- Interns
- Employees on unpaid leave
- Employees on parental leave who are not employed part-time during their parental leave
- Employees in partial retirement (from the start of the rest period)
- Lecturers
- Scholarship holders
- Adjunct professors and private lecturers who are not employed
- Employees of institutions affiliated with the university
These restrictions correspond to those of the previous Job Ticket offered by Heidelberg University.
