The piloting of training interventions for reactive balance control

Project description:
The aim of the project is to elaborate core principles and preconditions for a joint randomized study on the perturbation training of reactive balance in older people. The scope of the study includes developing and adjusting of the assessments for the acquisition of reactive balance, establishing methods for non-invasive measurement of muscle morphology as well as comparing three different perturbation paradigms.
