Financial Aid Fund
Why is it necessary to provide financial aid to students?
There are various reasons why students may run into financial difficulties through no fault of their own – they may lose their side job, suddenly fall ill etc. The purpose of the fund is to give students the means to bridge short-term financial gaps, allowing them to continue their studies.
Who is eligible for financial aid?
The fund will benefit students of all nationalities enrolled at Heidelberg University. The amount of financial aid is determined individually based on the student's situation. The university also plans to offer grants to advanced students in need that will help them finish their studies.
