Leibniz Award Laureates of Heidelberg University
The Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize is the most prestigious research award in Germany. It has been awarded annually by the Germany Research Foundation (DFG) since 1986. Nominations are put forward by third parties and the prize aims to improve the working conditions of outstanding researchers and expand their research opportunities.
