With the Backup Service, children up to three years of age can be admitted to the Crèche INF 685 short term; children from three to six years old can be admitted to and looked after at the Daycare Centre (INF159) on a short-term basis. Registering for the Backup-Service is possible any time via the Children's Centre website:
In cooperation with different institutions, Heidelberg University offers subsidized holiday childcare. Sports activities, crafting and creative workshops as well as field trips are essential parts of Holiday Childcare.
