UniTT Event Management offers support in the selection of hotel accommodation and in the organisation of receptions and touristic events.
- Research of suitable hotels for conference guests based on different price categories

Groups and allotments
UniTT Event Management has concluded framework agreements with Heidelberg hotels. These agreements guarantee stable room rates year round that are especially advantageous for groups (of 10 or more) and in case of larger room allotments for conventions. Individual booking
Selected hotels offer preferential conditions for individual bookings of up to 9 guests. Rooms may be booked by the guests themselves. The rates apply to staff of Heidelberg University on business or private trips, and to their guests and partners. The rates cited below apply year round. In case of short-term reductions of the room rates, guests will be charged the reduced rate.
