Research Summary:

The overarching aim is to improve the current treatments forpatients with trauma related disorders (esp. PosttraumaticStress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder(BPD). Our research team is investigating the genenvironmentinteraction in the development, the centralneuropsychological mechanisms of maintenance and theinteraction of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy inits treatment.
